Rennbahnweg is a very green, large complex with great living comfort, but it has a very bad reputation as a municipal building. We wanted to give community housing a voice and show it in a new light. The tension between interior and exterior space was also a major theme.

We worked with Wolfgang Schlögl (iwolf, formerly of Sofa Surfers), Jakob Schauer and the first Viennese municipal housing choir for the sound.

Wohnpartner (part of Wohnservice Wien) provided us with various documentation material (acoustic) from residents and the architect, as well as pictures. The initiators and sponsors of the project are Kulturlabor Gemeindebau. In addition to the grassroots initiative, they worked with us to develop the framework conditions, location and target group. Thanks to the entire team for the opportunity, especially the visionary social and cultural manager Arno Rabl.

Two 30,000 lumen projectors are in use (thanks to the kind support rainer adelsberger, beamermieten.at)
