We dance across fluffy clouds filled with our preferences, savour super-sweet stories – surrounded everywhere by juicy click-sounds … TikTok … TikTok … Vibrating consoles keep us awake! We troll our way from window to window and glance into every room. What’s going on there? A Smurf?! Off into the next profile!
Welcome to the data net! Do you feel it? Do you see it? Do you see me? Is the picture blurry? Is it fake? Or are you fake? Saved and secured, we set off in search of what triggers us and of the traces we leave on the net – we change them, blur them, try to erase them and lay down new ones. Take your controller into your own hands and travel with us into a world between visibility and invisibility, reality and fiction, fact and fake.
With augmented-reality elements, Glitch Kitsch probes the limits of the stage and asks where reality begins and where fiction has long since become true.

In Glitch Kitsch we experience the doings and makings of an influencer factory. An eleven-year-old, a thirteen-year-old and an adult dancer run and manage this agency, embody a multitude of influencers themselves, and decide what is seen on social media and what is not.
